In the creation of this first course in the Shamanic heART Healing Series, I was surprised over & over. At first, I did not know what my Guides were offering me... I kept seeing RISE ABOVE in my visions and meditations.
Then, I understood that I was meant to offer you this experience into Shamanic Creativity to provide you with a tangible experience that would guide you beyond the veil, into the Quantum Field and align you with your Super Creator Self.

I did not know painting would be a part of my shamanic journey ...
Until I noticed that I was magnetized by it
I was having a recurring vision of seeing myself painting in "my rooftop studio" on a stormy day, surrounded by the forest and overlooking the ocean. In the vision, I felt one with nature; I was in bliss, with paint on my hands and clothes.
At the time, I did not paint, nor did I think I was creative.
I had been told numerous times since childhood that I was not creative and should never do anything related to art or creativity.
I kept having this vision for months anytime I went into meditation.
After I met Whitney Freya and she introduced me to this heART-led creative practice, I came to understand that this vision of me painting was a deep call from my soul. It changed everything...

Whitney Freya, a faculty member in my now-forming Marie Mbouni School of Shamanism, is who introduced me to painting. She and I collaborated on this online course for you to sink into the mystery, disrupt your cultural programming, and dance with the mystery... at the canvas.
Understanding the role the canvas wants to play in your dimensional fluency will accelerate your capacity to go beyond the veil & harness the power of what is possible.

MARIE MBOUNI
As a child in Cameroon, Africa, I felt a call toward healing. I always felt a pull toward connection, higher learning, and relating to people on a deep level.
My journey began with western medicine. After grueling years in medical school, I became an anesthesiologist, hoping to bring the peace and healing I felt called to bring. My drive for work was relentless, and I built a career many would be proud of—but inside I felt dead. I had given up personal relationships and my spiritual health, and my mind and body were paying for it.
My quest for self-discovery saved me. I embraced a new calling as a shaman, energy healer, and mentor to others seeking a similar path to enlightenment. I had a deep scientific understanding of what it meant to be human. I’ve studied and cared for the body for over 20 years. But opening myself to the power of the mind, the beauty of intuition, and the all-encompassing power of love changed me. I stepped into my destiny as a healer and embraced my potential beyond the confines of the mainstream.
My gifts are nothing without sharing. This is how I spread goodness in the world. I’m here to help you live your life amplified. You can achieve in business without breaking your spirit. You can feed connection in your personal relationships without draining your personal resources. You can bring change to the world. And we can do it together. In this course, one brush stroke at a time!

When does the course start and finish?
You can start now and it never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. Take your time or experience it in one weekend! YOU get to choose.

What supplies do I need?
We are painting BIG! Why? Bigger is easier AND painting small is kinda like "playing small." This painting practice is all about learning how to live life as ART. You are the Life Artist. Most beginning painters / Life Artists think painting smaller is easier. It is the opposite.
Supplies used in the lesson: 36" x 48" canvas, acrylic paints (there are no colors you HAVE TO have... red, white, blue, yellow, magenta, and black are basics. We also love turquoise, purple...), brushes (including one BIG brush-- could be a house painting brush), water, rags, palette (we love recycled food containers for palettes).
